It is usually recommended to administer 1 million IU (1 tablet of Ospen 1000) three times a day every 8 hours, but your doctor may decide on a different dose based on your knowledge and the severity of the infection. If you have any doubts, it is worth consulting the doctor who prescribed the drug.
