The reported TSH result (5.6 IU/L) is elevated, this may indicate hypothyroidism, but a definitive diagnosis requires a comprehensive clinical evaluation and additional tests.
In this situation, I recommend that you consult a doctor who will be able to interpret the result, take into account your current health situation and possibly order further tests if necessary.

At the outset, it should be noted that Forxiga and Diuver are prescription drugs, so the rationale and need for their simultaneous use should be determined by your doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Concomitant use of Forxiga may increase the diuretic effect of loop diuretics (here: Diuver) and may increase the risk of dehydration and hypotension. This is particularly important in patients with fluid deficiency, i.e. due to an acute medical condition (e.g. gastrointestinal disease).
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult whether these medicines can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the recommendations regarding the method of their administration. If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage schedule. You should also check your blood glucose and blood pressure regularly.
