Can Clindamycin MIP antibiotic be used with Dexaven injection?

Good evening, I should take the first dose of Clindamycin- MIP 600 for sinusitis in a moment, but I have just noticed an allergic reaction (due to the weakness of the body) which in my case is only inhibited by dexaven 2ml intramuscularly and I will probably have to take the injection. Do these drugs interfere with each other? Should I hold off on antibiotics? Please reply.

Dexaven does not interact with Clindamycin MIP. Both preparations should be used according to the doctor's instructions.
