How to use Distreptase suppositories?

Does Distreptaza need to be applied before menstruation or after or does it not matter?
I was prescribed 20 candles. I'm only 18, will it be bad if I can't take the full course of treatment? Does 2×1 mean 2 candles 1 time a day? Thank you

Distreptase suppositories are used rectally, regardless of menstrual bleeding.

Premature discontinuation of therapy may reduce its effectiveness.

The designation 2x1 means dosing 2 times a day for 1 suppository.
