I've had my thyroid and parathyroid glands removed. I've been taking alfadiol and now detriol 1 dose 0.5 and calperos 1000 2x a day. I take it systematically and I still feel a slight tingling sensation in my hands and legs. I know that when I was taking alphadiol, I rarely had such tingling, and now I have all the time.
