If you take a higher dose of Olfen 75 SR, you are at a higher risk of side effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, diarrhoea, headache and dizziness, loss of consciousness, tinnitus or seizures. Side effects usually go away on their own within a few days.
If you have any worrying symptoms, please seek medical attention.
