Hello, I've been struggling with pain, scratchy throat for a few weeks now. At first there was pain when swallowing, then it subsided, but there was an earache. Now the pain is less, but there is a coating with red pustules and a scratchy throat on the back of the tongue. I'm taking nystatin but so far there is no significant improvement. What could it be?
