If there are blackheads on the cheeks with extensive redness of the skin, is it better to use Biretix tri-active gel or Epiduo gel?

Hello, if there are comedones with extensive skin redness on the cheeks, is it preferable to use biretix tri-active gel or epiduo gel 0.1?
Is it okay to alternate the two products or should you only use one? Thank you

Epiduo is a prescription medicine. Its action is based on two active ingredients, one of which has a disinfecting and exfoliating effect, and the other affects the keratinization process of the epidermis. Biretix tri-active gel is a cosmetic for acne-prone skin, containing niacinamide, salicylic acid and pyroctone olamine. The effect of this product will be gentler than that of Epiduo gel. Epiduo should be used exactly as directed by your doctor. Caution should be exercised when using other products for acne-prone skin at the same time as the possibility of skin irritation. During the Epiduo treatment, it is necessary to apply creams with a high SPF before going outside.
