Can I use Dicloduo Combi if I have peptic ulcers?

The orthopedist prescribed me dicloduo combi kaps. I have peptic ulcer disease and I have had duodenal ulcers more than once, about which I informed the doctor. Can I take this medicine? From the leaflet I deduced that it was not.
