Yes, you can use Ducray Melascreen SPF 50. During treatment with Acnelec, you should use creams with high SPF because your skin becomes more sensitive to UV rays:
'During the use of the medicinal product, the skin becomes more sensitive to ultraviolet radiation and topical medicinal products or cosmetics as a result of the reduction of the stratum corneum. Therefore, excessive exposure to UV radiation and sunlight (e.g. using a hat and sunscreen) should be avoided during adapalene treatment and cosmetics recommended for acne-prone skin care or astringent skin should not be used."
