Good morning.. I started using Ozempic. I came to a dose of 0.5mg. With 1.0 mg. I'm having trouble purchasing. How long can I take Ozempic 0.5mg? The therapeutic effect in the form of reduced appetite and cravings for sweets is already very good at this stage. How long can I stay at the 0.5 level, otherwise I'm afraid that after taking 1.0 mg I won't be able to buy another syringe right away.

You can use Ozempic 0.5 mg for as long as your doctor tells you to. If the dose of 0.5 mg is sufficient for adequate glycaemic control, there is no need to increase it to 1 mg.
According to the package leaflet, "your doctor may increase your dose to 1 mg once a week if you do not achieve adequate control of your blood sugar level after a dose of 0.5 mg once a week." Dose escalation is not mandatory for every patient.
