Female, 24 years old, TSH upper limit (4.23), otherwise everything is fine. Vitamin D3 at level 24 (normal above 30). The endocrinologist prescribed me solderol 30,000 once a week. After taking the first pill, I felt nauseous and my heart beat faster. Can I take half a pill a week or stick to one a week? Isn't that too much?

Side effects usually occur in the first weeks of treatment and resolve spontaneously over time. Continue taking Solderol 30,000 as prescribed by your doctor, and if the side effects persist and are bothersome to you, report this to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data on them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
Not true, this is a huge dose. The leaflet contains information that in case of side effects, you should consult a doctor and it is logical to stop taking it. I'm terrified of such advice and it doesn't matter if it's the pharmacist or the doctor's advice, unfortunately without seeing the patient - remotely!!!!!.
After an hour, the nausea and malaise subsided.
