To @Надин:
In this case, it is best to take Euthyrox in the morning on an empty stomach with water and wait at least 30 to 60 minutes before taking Pantoprazole.
Although the endocrinologist recommends a 3-hour interval, in practice an hour is usually enough to ensure effective absorption of both drugs. You can also discuss with your doctor the possibility of taking Pantoprazole at a different time, e.g. in the evening before a meal, if you are still unsure.
Good afternoon! I also take eutirox and the doctor prescribed pontoprazole, but the endocrinologist says that after eutirox, it is advisable not to take anything for 3 hours, and pontoprazole is taken in the morning on an empty stomach. What to do, please tell me

Euthyrox should be taken first. After about half an hour, you can take the remaining medications.
