The doctor prescribed pylera and polprazole pph for helicobacter. Pylera for use between 6-12-18-24, while polprazole is to be used twice a day, once on an empty stomach and once before bedtime. Can I take both of these pills at the same time at 6 o'clock or does there have to be a time interval between them? + Do I need a very restrictive diet (no raw vegetables, coffee, fruit, dairy) when taking these medications?

No, you should not take Polprazole and Pylera at the same time. Polprazole should be used for at least 30 minutes. before a meal, and Pylera should be taken after a meal.
