Hello , can Cortineff ointment be applied directly to the skin of the eyelids.? My daughter has been diagnosed with conjunctivitis and has only red skin on her eyelid and under her eyes. I had a teleconsultation and I didn't ask how to use the ointment. Please reply. Thank you.
