Can Mental Malaise Result From Venlectine and Lamotrix Flushing During Stomach Flu?

Good morning
I've been taking Venlectine and Lamotrix for half a year, the last 3 days I've had intestinal flu with quite severe symptoms. Is there a chance that my mental malaise could be due to the flushing out of these medications? Unfortunately, contact with a doctor is difficult. Thank you in advance for your reply

Malabsorption of medications due to vomiting or diarrhoea in intestinal influenza may cause symptoms similar to drug withdrawal. In the case of Venlectine, these are usually dizziness, sensory disturbances (including paraesthesias), sleep disturbances (including insomnia and intense dreams), agitation or anxiety, nausea and/or vomiting, tremor and headache, while stopping Lamotrix may cause seizures to come back.
