How to take Drosfemine Mini for endometriosis?

I was advised by my doctor to change my endovelle to drosfemine mini for endometriosis. I know that I have to start using a new medication without interruption after the previous one ends. I don't know what happened next, the doctor didn't say anything about the gaps between packs (which seems logical to me with endometriosis), but later I went to another doctor who talked about a break every 3 packets and to be honest I was stupid. What is the practice when taking drosfemine mini for endometriosis?
