It is difficult to give a clear answer based on such a short description. How quickly you notice improvement after using Opokan depends on the type of ailment and the individual characteristics of the patient.
When administered intramuscularly, Olfen (diclofenac) is immediately absorbed. The onset of analgesic effect occurs quickly (approx. 20 minutes) and its maximum usually occurs within 45 minutes. The analgesic effect lasts about 8 hours.
If you do not feel any improvement after using 3 injections, then you should consult the doctor who recommended this treatment. He or she is the one who knows about your current state of health and whether there is actually still a need to use this medicine.
