Is it possible that after 2 drops of Bethesda 2 times a day I feel strong side effects?

I took two drops of Bethesda for the first time yesterday and two drops today.
I feel hopeless, as if I'm not myself at all, I'm barely alive, lethargic and uncomfortable, can there be such symptoms after such a small amount?

Although this is a very low dose, it can cause side effects.

If these symptoms do not disappear after about 2-3 weeks, you should consult your doctor - you may need to reduce the dose of the drug.
