Which medications should not be combined with Medikinet?

My son has been taking medication for ADHD for a long time because of the fact that he is taking medication

Hello, is my son who takes Medikinet CR10 mg in the morning and he has an allergy and I would like to introduce Contrahist syrup on it and in the evening 10 ml.will it harm him or can I give it to a 10-year-old child? As long as there is pollen, I have to give him syrup all the time. Thank you for your answer, best regards
