When to start taking Duphaston for secondary amenorrhea?

Hello, I wanted to ask. I was prescribed Duphaston 10mg. With secondary amenorrhea. When I need to conceive to take pills, I know that the second phase of the menstrual cycle. But do I have to wait for the onset of menstruation, or just count when the second phase should come?

The point at which you can start taking Duphaston depends on how long your cycles usually last. If 28 days, then you should start taking Duphaston on the 14th day of your cycle (i.e. 14 days from the first day of menstruation).
