Could the increase in blood pressure be related to the fact that I have taken half a dose of Valsacor and when will it normalize?

Hello,I have been taking medication for hypertension valsacor 80 mg for 5 weeks, first I took half a tablet for a week did not help, then I started taking the whole pill and the pressure normalized. Recently, I took only half of the pill, and the next day my blood pressure increased. Is it because I took a lower dose, I shouldn't. But the next day I went back to the whole thing. When my blood pressure normalizes again.

Yes, it could be related to taking a lower dose.
Blood pressure should normalise as soon as you return to 80 mg. The results of blood pressure measurements should be reviewed and presented to the doctor at the next visit.
