Can I use Vertigoheel homeopathic preparation for Polvertic?

Hello
So far I have been taking polvertic 24mg 2 x a day for half a tablet, but currently it is not available in pharmacies. Can I substitute it for vertigoheel homeopathic remedy? I would like to add that I am also currently taking spironol and bisocard
