The use of Gasprid with Orungal is contraindicated. The combination of these medicines may lead to an increase in the levels of cisapride (the active ingredient in Gasprid) in the blood and thus increase the risk of severe heart rhythm problems.
If a combination of these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosing schedule agreed with your doctor.
