And here is my question: can I take ashwaganda on top of it or let it go?

There are no contraindications to the use of the ashwagandha dietary supplement.

Ashwagandha belongs to the group of adaptogens. For most of its actions

Contraindications to taking Ashwagandha is not known, but it should be used in moderation. Despite the health-promoting properties of ashwagandha, it should not be used by breastfeeding and pregnant women. In addition, patients with autoimmune diseases, m.in multiple sclerosis, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, as well as people taking medications for diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid or immunosuppressants, should consult a doctor before taking ashwagandha.

You can order ashwagandha preparations from an online pharmacy through our portal and use the Wolt Drive service.
