No, this is not advisable.
Theraflu ExtraGrip contains phenylephrine in its composition. If you use Fostex and medicines containing phenylephrine at the same time, you may increase the side effects of formoterol (the active ingredient in Fostex) such as headaches, muscle tremors, too fast or irregular heart rhythm, pain in the heart area.
In this situation, it is better to use phenyramine-based drugs, e.g. Fervex.
Through Gdziepolek it is possible to book medicines in a selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/29686/fervex-granulat-do-wytworzy-plynu/apteki
If you think that the use of a specific cold medicine is necessary for you, I encourage you to consult your doctor. He or she may decide to modify the current treatment regimen. If you experience any worrying symptoms, please contact your doctor. If you do not have the possibility of an in-person visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
