According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the recommended doses of Amoksiklav range from (25 mg + 3.6 mg)/kg/day to (45 mg + 6.4 mg)/kg/day in two doses

For a child weighing 7 kg, it will be from (175 mg + 25.2 mg) to (315 mg + 44.8 mg) per day, i.e. from 2.19 ml to 3.94 ml. The dosage of 3.5ml is within the recommendations.
