The combination of Trittico and Diphergan should be based on the advice of the prescriber. Diphergan may increase the effects of Trittico, leading to side effects. Concomitant use of these preparations may also result in the appearance of cardiac arrhythmias. If unwanted symptoms occur during the use of the preparations, they should be reported to a doctor. According to currently available knowledge, there are no significant interactions between diclofenac and Trittico and Diphergan.
