Hi
I should have taken out the ginoring for 52 hours, and when I woke up there was a lot of bloody discharge.
What could this mean? Should I go to the doctor or wait and take the disc out normally in 2 days?

If spotting persists, it is worth consulting a gynecologist. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
It's been a week and I'm still spotting, but they've been brown for a few days now, and it's like sometimes just such a small amount, barely visible. Although messy... I'm worried, it might be some kind of infection because I'm also a little itchy.

If you have experienced bleeding earlier than usual on a one-off occasion, there is no need to worry. The disc should be taken out as usual - in your case, only in two days. After a 7-day break, apply a new one, regardless of possible bleeding.
Such a situation may be related to, for example, a recent infection, stress, weakness. If you have not used medications that may weaken the effectiveness of the disc, its effect is preserved, there is no reason to worry.
If a similar situation also occurs in subsequent cycles, then it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
