Can Amitriptylinum cause insomnia?
I've been taking Amitriptyline 10 mg at night for seven days, is it normal that I can't sleep at night before I couldn't sleep either.

Insomnia is one of the uncommon side effects of Amitriptylinum. If you notice a side effect, you should report it to your doctor, who will decide what to do next. You may need to include an additional medication to help you fall asleep.
