Can I take berberine and omega acids if I have PCOS and take folic acid and Glucophage?

I suffer from PCOS and insulin resistance at this time I take folic acid, glucophage 750 twice a day and chirofert plus in the evening. I was wondering if I can add berberine (rhodiola) and omegas.

There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of berberine and omega acids with folic acid, Glucophagem.and Chirofert forte. When using berberine and Glucophage at the same time, it is worth taking regular glucose measurements.
