Hello. I have been taking Diane-35 for six months. There were always withdrawal bleeding, 3-4-5 days after the last pill (the timing gradually moved, as you understand). This month I now have a period of 7-day break, in which another bleeding should occur. Tomorrow is the last day of the 7-day break, and there is still no bleeding. Is this possible? If pregnancy is ruled out, then what?

Withdrawal bleeding may not occur despite not being pregnant, and it doesn't always have to be a cause for concern. In the event that pregnancy has been ruled out by taking a pregnancy test, you can start a new pack of contraceptive pills after the stop bleeding interval has ended.
If withdrawal bleeding does not occur in two consecutive cycles and pregnancy has been ruled out, you should seek advice from your gynaecologist before starting a new blister of tablets, who will test you for organic reasons for the lack of bleeding, e.g. ovarian cysts.
