Trioxal (itraconazole) may increase plasma levels of ebastine (the active ingredient in Evastix) and increase its effect, increasing the risk of side effects. Therefore, these medicines can be used in combination if they have been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been informed about what other medicines you are already taking and what additional conditions you have.
