Good morning. For 2 days I have very salty saliva until it bakes, even when I drink or eat something I feel this salty taste. My teeth are healed, I don't have any change in my mouth or tongue. What could be the reason for this?

The most common cause of salty taste in the mouth is excessive dehydration. Therefore, it is worth first looking at the amount of fluids taken during the day. This amount should be approx. 2-2.5 liters.
Less common causes of salty taste in the mouth include infections of the nose and sinuses, accompanied by dripping of secretions on the back wall of the throat, dry mouth, some drugs (m.in. antihistamines, antidepressants, diuretics), gastroesophageal reflux disease, pregnancy.
Please ensure proper fluid intake and observe that the salty taste in your mouth persists despite adequate hydration. If the symptoms persist for the next few days, I encourage you to contact your family doctor.
If a visit to the doctor is not possible, it is possible to seek advice from a general practitioner:

To @Karina.thomes@googlemail.com:
Thank you for sharing your case. I understand that the salty taste in the mouth and thick, foamy saliva that has persisted for over a year can be very frustrating and disturbing symptoms. The key is not to give up and continue looking for the cause, as it can be a symptom of various conditions, from dehydration to diseases of the salivary glands or gastrointestinal tract.
I encourage you to work closely with your GP or specialist, carry out additional tests if necessary, and monitor any other symptoms that arise. Remember that staying hydrated can provide relief.
