How long can you use ointment made with nystatin?

Hello
From the dermatologist I got an ointment made in a pharmacy with nystatin plus vit e and a drug base for fungal infection of the vulva. The problem recurs greatly. The doctor recommended using once a day for the night. The question is for what period of time? May I ask for an answer?

Such ointment is usable for 30 days from the date of its execution. Thus, the treatment should not exceed 30 days.
