Can I take Aspirin C with Metocard and Pramolan?

Hello. I use Metocard zk and Pramolan permanently. Can I use Aspirin C for a cold without worrying about an accelerated pulse and heart? What other medicines can I take?

Metocard and Pramolan should not be combined with Aspirin C.
The acetylsalicylic acid in Aspirin C reduces the effect of these medicines and reduces the effectiveness of therapy.

A safe solution will be paracetamol-based drugs with analgesic and antipyretic effects. These drugs can be purchased at the pharmacy without a prescription.
