Please specify the wording "the pharmacist made a mistake in the items on the fv". Have other medications been counted than those prescribed? Have you been charged too little/too many packages?
It is possible to make a correction for a reimbursed prescription even after the end of a given reimbursement period. However, this involves the need to contact the NFZ.
In the event that the drugs were dispensed contrary to the prescription, the pharmacy should make a correction. Due to the necessary time to contact the NFZ, this may require a longer time.
