In the case of a three-a-day dosing regimen, it is recommended to maintain approximately 8-hour intervals between doses.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible as long as it is not almost time for your next scheduled dose. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and return to the established schedule. It is important not to take a double dose for supplementation.

Primolut-Nor is best taken at regular intervals, i.e. at 2x1 dosing approximately every 12 hours.
