Can Spamilan be used together with Rupafin?

Can I take Spamilan together with Rupafin? According to the leaflet it follows from these drugs,that they should not be combined but the doctor after informing what drugs I already take said that they should not interact with each other.

The combination of Spamilan and antihistamines such as Rupafine is not recommended unless your doctor has told you otherwise.

If it is necessary for you to use both types of preparation, you should strictly follow the instructions of the attending physician. Your doctor will determine how you use both medicines.
