Can I use Zahron and HRT?

Witam.W .ulotce drugs zahron 10 writes that the contraindication is HRT. If I take HRT patches, can I take these drugs.

Hormone replacement therapy together with Zahron can be used if your doctor has been informed about all the medicines you are taking. Rosuvastatin (the active substance of Zahron) may increase the side effects of medicines containing m.in estradiol, as a result of increased serum concentrations. However, in many patients, this combination was well tolerated.
