How long should I not drink coffee before/after taking Fevarin?

I got a recommendation from my doctor to take 50mg of fevarin in the morning. How long before/after taking the medicine should I not drink coffee if I have drunk a lot of it before and I am not able to give it up overnight?

The fluvoxamine in Fevarin may increase caffeine levels, which may be important for patients who consume large amounts of coffee (or other caffeinated products). A signal indicating a decrease in the amount of products containing caffeine in the diet is the occurrence of symptoms such as tremors, palpitations, nausea, anxiety or insomnia. Drinking one coffee, even within a short period of time after taking the medicine, should not cause the described symptoms. However, if symptoms occur, the amount of coffee consumed per day should be reduced and the interval between the dose of the drug and coffee can be maintained for about 2-3 hours.
