If you do not suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, e.g. reflux, stomach or duodenal ulcers, the use of such a combination is safe. However, they should be used as short as possible, because long-term combination of these drugs increases the risk of side effects from the digestive system, e.g. dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding. Here you can check the availability of these medicines and make a reservation at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40080/ketrel-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/11428/biofenac-tabletki-powlekane/apteki

To @Bożena:
When taking Depakine Chrono (sodium valproate) and Lamitrin (lamotrigine), be careful when using Biofenac (diclofenac). Biofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), may interact with antiepileptic drugs, which may lead to an increased risk of side effects such as drowsiness or impaired coordination.
NSAIDs can also affect the metabolism and action of other medicines, which can result in a weakening of their therapeutic effects or worsening of side effects. Therefore, before taking Biofenac in combination with Depakine Chrono and Lamitrin, tell your doctor if you are taking these medicines.
Biofenac was prescribed to me today as a pain reliever. Can I use it when I am taking depakine 1000 and lamitrin.
