Isn't combining Alugastrin 3 Forte with Gastrotuss and Esoxx One too much?
Is the use of Alugastrin 3 forte after breakfast, Gastrotuss after lunch and Essox One after dinner too much mushroom in borscht? I am after discontinuation of PPIs and for some time I have to take these preparations temporarily. The doctor wrote them all, but I assume two are enough. So far, I took only after lunch and dinner, but the problem is often in the morning.

Hello personally, from my experience, I advise that of all these preparations for the night, esox one will be the best because it protects the mucosa at night, when the so-called silent reflux possibly occurs. In case of noticeable heartburn, it is best to use alugastrin. If all this calms down, I think that gastrotus is a medicine that can be used as the only one. I believe that using gastricus and alugastrianum at the same time can cause kidney stones due to too much calcium carbonate. This is what happened to me

Because Alugastrin 3 forte or Gastrotuss work similarly, these preparations can be used interchangeably or added, for example, Alugastrin after breakfast, if reflux complaints worsen. There is no need to combine Alugastrin and Gastrotuss - unless the doctor has recommended otherwise.
