If my doctor has advised me to stop taking Tertensif SR, can I do it overnight?

I take Valsacor 80mg and Tertensiv SR. Due to the fact that these medications keep my blood pressure at 100 at 60/70 and I was diagnosed with tetany, the doctor recommended stopping Tertensiv and staying with Valsacor. I read from the above-mentioned drug can not be discontinued overnight. Can I stop taking this medicine without fear?

If you are still taking Valsacor, Tertensif can be stopped overnight. After discontinuation of the drug, blood pressure should be monitored and the results of measurements recorded. The results should be presented to the doctor at the next visit.
