Can I change the hours of antibiotic administration so that I don't take it in the middle of the night?

I take the antibiotic Zinnat at 3 and 3 pm. Can I change the hours 12 and 24.I took the third antibiotic at 15

Antibiotics, generally should be taken every 12 hours. You can take one dose at a time in a shorter period of time, but then continue to use 12 hours apart.
