I encourage you to follow the following link with availability and to subscribe to notifications about this preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87306/trulicity-iniekcja/apteki The availability of Trulicity varies from dose to dose - currently the 3.0 mg and 4.5 mg doses are missing. I'm not sure what you mean by "business under the counter". Trulicity is a reimbursed drug, its price is the same in every pharmacy. In a situation where deliveries to pharmacies do not cover the demand from patients, unfortunately there may be situations in which the drug becomes scarce.
