Will I switch my cycle if I start using Duphaston on day 19 instead of day 16?

I have to take duphaston on the 16th day of the cycle. Because of family problems, it completely flew out of my head. Today is the 19th day of the cycle. What now? I didn't come anymore 9 lableks. Will something happen to my cycle? Will it delay it? I take it to regulate the cycle. This is the 3rd pack.

Skipping a few tablets of Duphastonu may lead to dysregulation of the cycle. You can start taking the medicine from the 19th day of your cycle (instead of the 16th) and observe the body's reaction.
