Is it possible to combine Noliprel I Metocard with iron and vitamin b12?

Good morning. I use solid drugs noliprel 2.5mg Metocard 50mg In the morphology test I have anemia, understated iron, all the time pressure drop and increase in pulse, can I use a drug or iron supplement with vitamin B12?

Yes, you can supplement iron with vitamin B12 while using Noliprel and Metocard.
