Do I need to take a break between Amitriptylinum VP and Silamil?

Hello. For two months I took amitriptylinum VP 10 for tension headaches. Currently, I have not taken them for a week, the doctor ordered the use of silamil 5 mg for overactive bladder. My question is, do I need to keep a longer interval between the use of these drugs, or is a week enough and I can start taking silamil?

You do not need to keep the time interval between stopping treatment with Amitriptylinum VP and starting treatment with Silamil. These drugs do not interact with clinically.
