Can Duphaston cause kidney pain?
Good morning. I have been taking Duphaston for a week for irregular menstruation. For several days I have been feeling pain in my left kidney. Is there a chance that dydrogesterone is responsible for this problem and is it recommended to discontinue the drug? Best regards.

Such an adverse reaction is not included in the Safety Data Sheet. However, if you associate these symptoms with Duphaston, report the side effect to your doctor.
